Add Experience

Good day!
I would like to seek clarification regarding the QVP form.
In the form, there is a tab labeled “Add Experience.” Could you please clarify its purpose? I am a bit confused because there is also a field to input the “Institute.” I would like to understand the relevance between the “Experience Details” (such as job title, start date, end date, location details, and uploading an experience certificate) and the “Institute” field.
I have already uploaded all my employment certificates from my previous companies. However, the reviewer’s feedback indicates that an employment certificate with a QR code or an experience certificate authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce is required.
They also provided the link www.gosi.gov.sa, but it is not accessible from outside Saudi Arabia.
With this, I would like to clarify the following:
- Have I filled out the form correctly?
- Is the “Institute” field appropriate, or should it reflect the company name since this section is for adding work experience?
- Is it required that all employment certificates from my previous companies have a QR code, or is it sufficient if only one company’s certificate has a QR code for the issuance of the QVP Certificate?
